I can see my AI Credits on my computer, but can't find the credits on my phone.

Due to differences in AI Credits consumption rules between the current Filmora Mobile version and Filmora Desktop version, AI Credits for the Desktop version and AI Credits for the Mobile version are not interchangeable. You cannot use Desktop AI Credits on your mobile device.
