I have downloaded Filmora HD, why I can't use my license?

Filmora and Filmora HD are two different apps, and the license for Filmora cannot be used for Filmora HD. You can check the product name on your Receipt to download the correct app.

Also, Filmora HD is an older version and may be missing some new features. We recommend Filmora instead.
