I used a music track labeled "Commercially Available," but I received a copyright claim. How can I get proof of permission?

The "Commercially Available" label indicates that the music is intended for commercial use, but YouTube may still issue an automated copyright claim. Filmora support needs to verify the specific track and your claim details before confirming the applicable permission documents.

Please prepare the following information:
1. The exact name of the music track and where it appears in Filmora mobile.
2. A screenshot showing the "Commercially Available" label.
3. A screenshot or copy of the YouTube copyright claim, including the claimant and claim details.
4. The video URL and, if available, the project or export information.

Submit this information in the Filmora mobile app through Mine > Feedback so the support team can check the track's commercial-use rights and advise what documentation can be provided for your appeal.
