My own music files are not showing up in Filmora mobile. How can I fix this?

If your MP3 files are not appearing in Filmora on your Android device, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure the file is saved in the internal storage, preferably in the 'Music' or 'Download' folder. Avoid using SD cards or cloud drives.
2. Check if the file is a standard MP3 and not DRM-protected (e.g., from streaming services).
3. Grant Filmora permission to access all files. Go to your device Settings > Apps > Filmora > Permissions > Files and Media > Allow management of all files.
4. Refresh the media library by restarting the app or moving the file to a different local folder to trigger a system rescan.
5. In Filmora, go to Audio > File > Import and use the system file picker to locate the file manually.

If the problem persists, please submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. If available, please attach screenshots, issue-related videos, and log files to help our technical team troubleshoot more efficiently.
