1. Check if there is sound in the source video (Play the source video on the phone to check)
2. Check if you have muted the phone when playing the exported video.
3. Check if you have muted the audio in the project：
- Select the clip, check if the mute button in front of the clip has been enabled
- Check if the volume of the clip has been adjusted to 0.
4. If the problem persists, please click the Feedback button and attach the original video, exported video as well as log files.
