What should I do if export is stuck at 0% or 2%?

If Filmora mobile export remains at 0% or 2% for a long time, try these steps:

1. Keep Filmora open in the foreground and prevent your device from entering sleep mode during export.
2. Restart the app and your device, then try exporting the project again.
3. Make sure your device has enough free internal storage and close other apps to release memory.
4. Try exporting at a lower resolution or frame rate, especially if the project uses 2K/4K video, many clips, long videos, or complex effects.
5. Duplicate the project and remove recently added clips, transitions, effects, or audio files in the copy to identify whether a specific asset is causing the export to stop.
6. Check that the original media files are still available and can be played normally in the project.
7. If the export still remains stuck at the same percentage, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Include the project details, device model, OS version, Filmora version, export settings, the percentage where export stops, and the steps to reproduce the issue. Attach screenshots, screen recordings, and log files if available.

Important: Please do not uninstall the app, as your local drafts and projects may be lost. If you need to reinstall, make sure to back up your projects to the cloud first.
