If your favorite templates are missing from the Mine page, please try the following:
1. Check your network connection and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
2. If you use a VPN or proxy, turn it off and restart Filmora.
3. Force close and reopen Filmora, then check 'Mine' > 'Favorites' again.
4. Ensure you are logged in with the same account used when the templates were saved.
If the issue persists, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Attach a screenshot or screen recording showing the missing templates, and check the box to upload logs. Mention that the issue is recurring if applicable.
