Why can't I restore my old FilmoraGo lifetime license in the new Filmora AI app, and how can I get it linked to my Wondershare ID?

FilmoraGo and the current Filmora app are the same product; the app name has been updated in the app stores. If you purchased a FilmoraGo lifetime license in the past, it should still be valid in the current Filmora app.

To restore your lifetime license:
1. Download or update the current Filmora app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Sign in with the same account used for the original purchase. If you have multiple email addresses or store accounts, please try each one you might have used.
3. Go to the 'Mine' page, scroll down, and tap 'Restore Purchase' to refresh your membership status.
4. If the license still does not appear, it may need to be manually linked to your Wondershare ID. Please submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Attach your original purchase receipt (including the order number) and a screenshot of your account status page. Our support team will verify your purchase and link the license to your Wondershare ID manually.

Please note: A desktop lifetime license cannot be used to unlock the Filmora mobile app. Mobile and desktop licenses are separate and not interchangeable.
