If Filmora cannot generate captions or titles from your video and says no voice or speech was detected, please check the following:
1. Make sure your video contains clear spoken audio (e.g., narration, dialogue, or voiceover). The AI Captions feature is designed to recognize human speech and may not work with music-only content, songs, or audio without spoken words.
2. Check that the audio volume is not too low. If the speech is quiet, try increasing the volume or enhancing the audio before generating captions.
3. Try using a different video clip with clear speech to test whether the issue is specific to your current file.
If the issue persists, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Attach the video or audio file, a screenshot of the error message, and log files, so our technical team can investigate.
