Why does Filmora say "Insufficient Credits" or ask for more payment after I just subscribed?

If you have an active subscription but are told you have insufficient AI Credits, please note the following:

1. Your plan includes a fixed number of AI Credits per billing cycle (e.g., Pro: 100 or 200 credits/month, Premium: 400 credits/month). If you have already used your credits for the current cycle, the balance will be zero until the next renewal date.
2. Check your AI Credit balance on the 'Mine' page. You can also tap on 'AI Credits' to view your usage history and see how many credits were consumed.
3. If your balance is lower than expected, confirm that you are logged in with the account used for the purchase. If you have multiple email addresses or store accounts, please try each one you might have used.
4. If you need more credits immediately, you can purchase additional AI Credits through 'Mine' > 'AI Credits' > 'Get More AI Credits'.

If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback and attach a screenshot of your AI Credit usage history and store receipt.
