If a Filmora mobile draft loads slowly or contains corrupted-looking clips, try the following:
1. Make sure the original photos and videos used in the draft are still stored on your phone and have not been deleted, moved, renamed, or cleaned up by a storage app.
2. Check that your phone has enough free storage, then close and reopen Filmora before opening the draft again.
3. Update Filmora to the latest version and try reopening the draft.
4. If clips appear black or corrupted in the timeline, replace the affected clips with the original media files and re-edit those sections.
5. If the draft still loads slowly or remains corrupted, please submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Attach relevant screenshots, screen recordings, and log files to help our technical team investigate.
Important: Please do not uninstall the Filmora app, as drafts are stored locally and may be lost if the app is removed.
