If you have a registration code, a Wondershare ID has actually been created based on your licensed email address already.

If your licensed email is still available to receive emails, you can try the steps below to activate Filmora 12. 

Step 1 Reset your Wondershare ID password via this link.

Step 2 Log in to your Wondershare Account by clicking here.

Step 3 When you have successfully logged in, go to Plan & Products -> Manage products to see if you have a valid Filmora membership. 

• If yes, you can now log in to the product directly using the account password you just reset.
• If not, you need to redeem your membership in your account center first. Here is the way:

1. 1. Under Plan & Products, click Redeem membership
   2. Enter your registration code and click submit
   3. Go back to check Manage products to see if you have Filmora authorization. If yes, you can now log in to the product directly using the account password you just reset.

If you are not able to access your license email to reset your password, or if you tried the steps above but it did not work, please contact support for more help.
