After agreeing to an app's unblock request, can the app be blocked in advance?

The app cannot be blocked in advance. If 30 minutes of usage is allowed, the app can be used for the full 30-minute period.

Once a child’s unblock request has been approved, the app can be used within the granted time without being affected by any blocking rules.
