1.Download the latest version of FamiSafe Connect and try it again (https://famisafeapp.wondershare.com/main/pages/home/download)

2.If it is still the same, collect the FamiSafe Connect log file and submit the ticket for support. Windows: C:\ProgramData\Wondershare\FamiSafe Connect Mac: ~/.config/Wondershare/FamiSafeConnect
