How can I view my child's call history and text messages?

For Android devices:

1. Open the FamiSafe app and go to "Calls & Messages".

2. As required by Google Play policy, you need to install the "Fammy Plus" app on your child's device to manage necessary permissions. Please visit connect.famisafe.com to download the installation package for Android devices (calls & messages for Android).

3. Grant "Fammy Plus" the following necessary permissions:

- Call log permission

- Phone call permission

- Message permission

4. After setting up, you can view your child's call and message history in real time in the FamiSafe app on your own device, and block specific numbers as needed. FamiSafe also supports identifying inappropriate content in messages and sending corresponding reminders to parents.

For iOS devices:

1. Open the FamiSafe app and go to "Calls & Messages".

2. The first data backup requires connecting your child's device to a computer using a data cable. Please click here https://famisafe.wondershare.com/main/pages/home/download to install "FamiSafe Connect" on your computer.

3. Connect your child's device to "FamiSafe Connect" and enter the four-digit pairing code displayed in the parent app in the pop-up window to complete the device binding.

4. After the initial backup is complete, data will automatically sync when the child's device and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network; you can also manually trigger sync as needed.

5. After successful setup, you can monitor your child's call and SMS records in real time within the FamiSafe app.
