How to collect FamiSafe log files on kid's Android device?

When kids' device is Android, you can open the file manager app or My files app on the Android device, then follow the path above to check if there are any log files: /sdcard/Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe.kids/files/famisafe_log

Note

1. The storage path may vary depending on the device model, and there may be some differences in the log path for certain devices: Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe.kids/files/famisafe_log

2. If you cannot find the FamiSafe log on Android device, it is recommended to connect the phone to a computer, find the corresponding log path and copy the log.

Path: Internal storage/Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe.kids/files/famisafe_log
