Please check the following settings to do troubleshooting.
1. Check if the network connection of the kid's device is good. FamiSafe will not be able to send an alert if there is no Internet connection.
2. Check if the Geo-fence area is set correctly.
3. Check if GPS is turned on on the kid's device and Location permissions are granted to FamiSafe on the kid's device.
4. Relaunch FamiSafe on the kid's device.
