1. Make sure the location access is always allowed when installing FamiSafe on your kid's device so that the app can always track your kid's real-time location and record the location history.
2. Make sure every permission the app requires is allowed when installing FamiSafe on Android devices.
3. Make sure your kid's device is not powered off or shut down, or you cannot track the device location in this case.
FamiSafe works in the background on the kid’s device. It may stop running or get crashed under certain circumstances, it is recommended to activate the app on a kid’s device occasionally.
