1. Get your child's device and open FamiSafe, go to Live Location and tap the [Refresh] button.
2. Make sure your child's phone has a good WiFi or mobile data connection and always has GPS turned on.
3. If this doesn't work, reinstall the app.
If the problem is still not solved after completing the above steps, please inform us of the actual location of your child's device at that time and provide us with a screenshot of the location displayed on the FamiSafe interface for comparison and analysis. We hope to solve the problem for you as soon as possible. If your account is linked to multiple children's devices, please inform us of the nickname and model of the problematic device, along with a screen recording demonstrating the issue.
