1. Check if the network connection of the kid's device is good. FamiSafe will not be able to send alerts if there is no Internet connection;
2. Check if the Geo-fence area is set correctly;
3. Check if GPS is turned on on the kid's device and Location permissions are granted to FamiSafe on the kid's device;
4. Relaunch FamiSafe on the kid's device.
