Why are there no calls and text messages?

To resolve the issue of calls and text messages not displaying, please follow these steps:

If your child's device is running Android:

1. Ensure that both your and your child's devices have the latest versions of FamiSafe and Fammy Plus downloaded and installed.

2. Confirm that all necessary permissions have been granted on your child's device. Fammy Plus requires the following permissions to function correctly:

- Device administrator permissions

- Call log permissions

- Phone permissions

- Text message permissions

If your child's device is running iOS:

1. Use FamiSafe Connect to confirm that Control Mode has been upgraded on your child's device. If not, follow the instructions in FamiSafe Connect to upgrade Control Mode.

2. Check that your and your child's devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This is necessary for continuous synchronization and updates.

3. If the problem persists, please manually synchronize: Open FamiSafe Connect on your computer and ensure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
