Why can't I enable the timer limit on my child's phone?

Please try again following these steps:

1. Please check if your child is using allowed apps. Whitelisted apps are not blocked, and their usage time is still included in the total screen time limit.

2. If your child is not using allowed apps, network conditions can also affect time calculation. Each time the timer is paused and restarted, the program needs to request a status from the server. The server status may fluctuate depending on the child's device's network conditions, causing the device to fail to block the timer in time.
