This is because you have already logged in to the FamiSafe Parental Control App with one account and made a purchase. When you log out of that account and log in with another account, FamiSafe will detect the difference and recommend using the original account. If you are unsure about the original account, please contact our support team and provide the order number - we will gladly check it for you.
