Regarding the One Way Audio feature you mentioned, this feature is currently only supported on Android mobile devices, and the iOS system has not yet opened this feature. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to iOS users. We will continue to update and expand the plan in the future to strive to bring a more comfortable experience to iOS users.
If you have an Android device but cannot use this feature, please provide us with the problem screen recording and log files, and we will further solve it for you.
Open the file manager or My files app on your Android device, and then follow the path below to find out if there is a log file:
- Parent side: /sdcard/Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe/files/famisafe_log
- Child side: /sdcard/Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe.kids/files/famisafe_log
The storage path varies depending on the device model. The log path of some devices may be slightly different. You can also look for it in the following path:
- Parent side: Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe/files/famisafe_log
- Child side: Android/data/com.wondershare.famisafe.kids/files/famisafe_log
