1. Check whether the GPS location permissions of kid's device are normally enabled;
2. Check whether the network of the kid's device is normal;
3. Confirm whether Fammy(FamiSafe Kids) is operating normally and has been uninstalled? Has it been blocked?
4. Confirm whether the kid's device has not been moved for a long time. You can judge by opening the Fammy(FamiSafe Kids). After opening, you can check whether the data on the parent's FamiSafe is refreshed.
