I didn't get a registration code, so what do I do now?

You can retrieve the code from this link first: http://support.wondershare.com/retrieve_registration_code.html

If you haven't received the registration code after you place the order, please firstly check whether the payment goes through. Normally after the order is successfully, the payment platform will send the order confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. If the order is successful, please wait a few minutes for the system generating and activating the registration code, and then try again.

Also, when you place your order directly on our official website the registration code will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page. This way you can use the full version of your software once your order has been successfully completed.

If you do not see this page after you place the order, you can retrieve the registration code via our online registration code retrieval system. When you use this link, you will need to submit your Licensed e-mail. If you still are unable to retrieve your registration information, contact us directly with the Licensed e-mail or the Order ID.

If the purchase is made from one of our resellers, agents, eBay, or the App Store, we will not have your order information in our system, as they do not share customer information for privacy reasons.

For App store version, you don't have to wait for a registration code. Just launch App store and go to Purchase tab, you can install the full version from there directly.

However, you can still contact us and supply us with the following information in case the above doesn't help you:
- order ID
- full name, email address on the order
- date and amount of the charge
- name of the site the purchase was made on
- name of the product(s) purchased
- transaction ID of Paypal or credit card

Note: We have both license mode and subscription mode for Wondershare products. Most products are in license mode. For some products, such as Wondershare Fantashow, the sub-products which are embedded in Wondershare MobileGo, for example, Wondershare MobileGo (Phone Transfer's data analytics), they are in subscription mode. There is no registration code for these products. After you have placed the order successfully, our system will automatically upgrade your account to Premium account within a few minutes.
