What's your subscription and cancellation terms?

If the license you buy is for 1 year, 1 quarter, or 1 month, it has auto renew service.

If you do not want to continue using the software and do not want to get charged again, please help enter your license email or order number to below link to cancel it:


If your order starts with “B”, “AG”, “3” and “U”, Please follow below steps to cancel subscription.

Paypal (order number starts with “B”)

For order handled by PayPal platform, you will have to cancel the automatic renewal service on your own. Here is the instruction that might help you.


Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.

    Click the SettingsIcon Settings icon near the top of the page.

    Select Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings."

    Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.

    Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Avangate (order number starts with “AG”)
If you wish to turn off the Automatic Renewal Service, please log in Avangate myAccount site https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount/, and going to “My Products”. There you can click on “Stop automatic license renewal” beneath each product that has this option enabled.

Regnow(order number starts with “3”)
For orders handled by Regnow, please visit the link here and input your order information(the number that you placed in the first time). Click on the order number and you can cancel the recurring payment.

Swreg(order number starts with “U”)

If you wish to turn off the Automatic Renewal Service, you can visit the Cancel Subscription link at SWREG customer support: https://www.cardquery.com, and clicking on "I want to cancel my recurring payment." Or click this link directly: https://www.cardquery.com/app/support/customer/order/search/cancel_recurring_order

If you still can not cancel subscription successfully, please help contact with our support Team directly.
