What's your subscription and cancellation terms?

All customer orders are separated by 3 different license agreements. 1 year/quarter/month subscriptions. Each agreement renews automatically, and can be cancelled without charge, at any time. When a customer purchases 2 copies of the 1 year/quarter/monthly license, the subscription duration will multiply, however the device usage will not increase.

Options available for cancellation are as follows: Customers may log into their Wondershare ID account, and disable the renewal option. Alternately, they may contact our customer support team, to cancel the renewal service. Certain payment options will allow a customer to cancel through the payment platforms, as follows;

1) Swreg: Visit the SWEG customer support page : https://www.cardquery.com > select “cancel subscription”
2) Regnow: Visit the MyCommerce: https://admin.mycommerce.com/app/cs/lookup > Input the order information > Select Order ID > Cancel Renewal
3) Avangate: Stop payments by logging: secure.avangate.com/myaccount/ “Avangate myAccount > My Products > Stop Payment; this will need to be done for each product that is enabled.
