Activate Filmora with Wondershare ID

We upgraded the Filmora login process since V8.6 and customers need to use the licensed email address to log in to the Wondershare ID account and they will have the full version. For example. if one customer used 123@gmail.com and purchased Filmora9, the licensed email address is 123@gmail.com. The customer should use 123@gmail.com to log in to the Wondershare ID account to activate Filmora9.

If you purchased Filmora before V8.6, please use the licensed email address to create a Wondershare ID account first and then log in. You will have the full version. For example, one customer used 123@gmail.com and purchased FilmoraV8.5 and then updated the program to Filmora9, the customer should use 123@gmail.com to create a Wondershare ID account first and then log in.

If the program is still in the free plan, please try to click on the 'Refresh icon' to refresh your Wondershare ID account. Also, please try to log out and then log in again.

1. The license

The program has two versions, windows version, and Mac version. One license cannot run across different systems. If you purchased windows version, it can only be used on a windows computer, not on a mac. Wondershare Filmora is windows version and Wondershare Filmora Mac is mac version; Wondershare FilmoraPro is windows version and Wondershare FilmoraPro for Mac is the Mac version.

2. The login email address

You need to use the licensed email address which was used to purchase Filmora to log in to the Wondershare ID account, not using any other email address.

3. The computer 

If your license can only support 1 computer and you want to change the computer, you need to log out the Wondershare ID account from the old computer first and then log in to the Wondershare ID account on a new computer. If you don't log out of the Wondershare ID account, it will ask you to purchase the program again. Here is the instruction to remove the old computer record:

Go to Plans&Products-Product Plans-Manage Device-Remove Device

4. The network

Please make sure that there is a network connection.

As for Wondershare FilmoraPro, it is the same for paid users to log in to the Wondershare ID account and activate Wondershare FilmoraPro. If there is an activation issue, please try the same instruction above to activate Wondershare FilmoraPro.

If you just purchased Filmora/FilmoraPro and already activated it successfully, but the account will be expired in 7 days. It is a preauthorization. No worries. You just need to log out and then log in. Your account will be updated.

Sign in to Wondershare ID

Sign in with Wondershare ID to get your order info, plan info. And you can get invoice, get keycode, redeem the serial number, cancel subscription, contact support team in Account Center.
