How to get TunesGo log files for Windows version?

If your computer is Windows, please check the following:

Step 1: Press Windows key and R key to open the Run window.
Step 2: Enter %appdata% and press Enter.
Step 3: On the pop-up window, click Wondershare folder > click TunesGo folder and you will Logs folder.
Step 4: Compress the whole Logs folder into one zip file to send us.
