Step1:On the Filmora main page, click go to Settings.
Step2:Click Feedback.
Step3:Input your problem description (more than 10 characters), and add screenshots or recordings for the issue as attachments.
Step4:Click Next.
Step5:Check for email address and software logs, then click the send button“↑”.
