How to do if my account shows trial version?

If the product shows the Trial version after you login successfully.

  1. Refresh the account first, then check if there is any typo with your licensed email, which you could check from the confirmed email after you placed the order.
  2. Check if there is a wrong platform. For example, you were meant to purchase a mac version but an order of windows version was placed. If this is the case, please purchase the correct version then contact us to get a refund of your original wrong order.
  3. If you purchased the product from our agency, please contact them to confirm your license information as they don't share customer information with us.
  4. If you purchased the product from AppStore, just launch AppStore and go to the Purchase tab to use it directly.

Step 2: If you have chosen to update your software daily, a pop-up window will appear. At the Live Update window, click on the Update Now button to download the latest version of the product.

Step 3: After the latest version of the product is downloaded, click on the OK button to terminate and install the new version. If you want to install the new version next time, click on the Cancel button.

Note: If you are comfortable using the same version of the product choose Never option for the update so that there is no automatic update. In case if an update is required any time, you can tot manually from the Menu tab.

Sign in to Wondershare ID
