What is the process for getting a refund after experiencing technical problems?

1、Review Your Order History

If your order qualifies for a refund (e.g., duplicate purchases, incorrect license type, or incompatible system platform), log in to the https://accounts.wondershare.com/web/history and locate your order history.

2、Submit Your Refund Request

When submitting a request, select the appropriate refund reason and provide necessary details, including the order number, refund reason, and relevant attachments (such as order screenshots and payment records), to expedite the review process.

・If the refund request is due to technical issues, click on Technical Issues, and submit details of your problem along with screenshots or videos to help us better understand and resolve the issue.

3.、Monitor Your Request Status After submitting your request, keep an eye on your email and order status in the User Center. If no action is taken within the specified timeframe, the system will consider the result acknowledged, and the refund request will automatically close.
