What shall I do, if the registration code is invalid?

1. The first step is to ensure that the product you are trying to register is the one that you have purchased. To ensure that you have the correct product it is recommended to uninstall the current version you have, and then download and install the correct product from the URL we provided in the registration e-mail to reinstall. Meanwhile, the windows version can only work on windows computer, if you want to use it on Mac, you need to purchase the Mac version. That is to say, you couldn't use the same version on both Windows and Mac computer.

Tip: There are many product with similar product names, such as Wondershare Data Recovery and Wondershare Photo Recovery, Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate and Wondershare Video Converter Pro, Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS and Wondershare Dr.Fone for Android. Please make sure the product name is exactly the same.

2. The second step is to double check the spelling of the licensed e-mail address or registration code, as both are case sensitive. It is recommended to copy the e-mail and registration code directly from the registration e-mail and then paste them into the corresponding text boxes in the registration window. They are all zeros in the registration code, no letter O.

Tip: If you bought the products from Amazon, PurchMarketPlace, Stacksocial,etc, the license email may not be your own email address, please double check the information offered by them.

3. If you are registering PDF software, please note that the OCR plugin couldn't be used separately. https://pdf.wondershare.com/ocr.html

4. If you are using the following software, it doesn't require a registration code as it's running a different activation mode. Once your order is successful, your account will be upgraded to premium instantly.
