What to do if I fail to download/install the product on PC?

If you experience downloading or installing issues with Wondershare programs on Windows computer, please follow the solutions provided below.

Step 2. If the issue is still unresolved, check to make sure that all anti-virus and firewall software is temporarily disabled on your computer.Click here to view how.

Step 3. If the above does not help, please try to add cbs_down in the download URL and then copy&paste it in the browser to download the full package.
e.g. http://download.wondershare.com/mobilego_full818.exe change to http://download.wondershare.com/cbs_down/mobilego_full818.exe
