Why my refund request got declined?

Refund for purchased software is usually available except for below scenarios:

1) Application for refund has unfortunately surpassed Wondershare 30 or 7 days time limit which is counted from the exact day the software was purchased.

2) “Change of mind” case: Wondershare offers free trial versions, which are equally functional as full versions. The trial version will show you everything that it can do. Users can test-drive and examine a product’s capabilities before purchase to prevent you from experiencing buyer's remorse.

3) Software is not purchased from Wondershare but some other 3rd party resellers as Google Play, eBay, Amazon, App Store etc., in which case it is subject to the return policies of the re-seller in question.
